Villa Yas

More than a residence, Villa Yas is the materialization of a passion. Designed in Abu Dhabi for a car collector and contemporary art enthusiast, the house combines aesthetics, functionality and emotion in an authorial architecture, sensitive to the wishes of its inhabitant. The heart of the project is in the basement: a noble space designed to house his car collection - with special emphasis on the Lamborghini Countach, the vehicle that inspired not only the layout of the room, but also the formal concept of the architecture. On the façade, an exclusively designed wood panel evokes the features of the iconic model's headlights, transforming affective memory into architectural identity. The residence develops with striking horizontal elements and clear volumes clad in marble, which give it lightness and sophistication. Large panes of glass promote integration with the outdoors, where the garden connects to outdoor living areas designed to welcome guests in comfort and elegance. On the rooftop, a private pool reveals a gesture of intimacy and contemplation - an elevated space to enjoy the view, the weather and the silence. Inside, the house is organized with fluidity and reverence for art. Villa Yas is an exercise in personalized architecture, where every detail translates the style, passions and way of life of its inhabitant - with power, precision and poetry.
