VILLA
INTERIOR DESIGN

With a façade defined by three main volumes, Villa TA presents an architectural composition that blends grandeur and harmony. The front blocks, though different in proportion, share a unified visual language — a gesture that ensures aesthetic cohesion from the very first glance. The use of black marble adds sophistication and depth to the residence, while the linear white detailing introduces contrast and lightness, revealing a timeless and contemporary elegance. This interplay of materials is further enhanced by the presence of a front garden that leads gracefully to the entrance, complementing the home's visual identity. As one crosses the garden, two main entrances appear: one leading to the central hall, and the other directly into the majlis — a traditional reception space that takes on architectural prominence in this design. The most prominent volume of the house spans all levels and houses the key areas: on the ground floor, the living room opens directly to the external garden, creating a social space oriented toward contemplation — a central wish of the family. Inside, the palette is defined by sober and darker tones, carefully selected to reflect the client’s preferences. This chromatic choice reinforces the refined character of the residence, infusing the interior with an atmosphere of elegance and intimacy.
