Villa SG

Set on a steeply sloped site, Villa SG emerges from the topographical complexity as an architectural response that transforms challenges into concept. The project unfolds vertically across three levels: the ground floor houses the social and service areas; the upper floor accommodates the private quarters; while the lower level reveals itself as the true heart of social life. Designed for a family that values gatherings and the joy of entertaining, the leisure floor features a playroom, music studio, and a gourmet area seamlessly connected to a deck with a pool and a sunken fireplace — enhancing the sense of comfort and intimacy. The project’s material palette conveys contrast and elegance. White volumes converse with black slatted panels, while chamfered elements emphasize the residence’s geometric and contemporary language. One of the architectural highlights is the access staircase: drawn diagonally, it cuts across the side of the lot, inviting visitors with a sculptural gesture that frames the main façade.
