VILLA

A project that transcends the concept of housing and embraces the deeper meaning of belonging. Villa FD was born from the desire of a family to stay close — sharing moments and memories, yet without giving up privacy and the individuality of each household. The complex houses three residences: the main house, located at the center, belongs to the family patriarch, while the two side houses were designed for the children. Although independent in their functionality, the residences are visually connected through a continuous façade, defined by precise lines and alternating volumes of black — present in textures, slatted panels, and ACM — and white, which draws a continuous line, reinforcing both unity and the imposing presence of the architectural ensemble. The double-height garage stands out as a striking element, bringing sophistication and grandeur right from the entrance. At the back, landscaping becomes the protagonist: a covered walkway framed by lush greenery allows guests to access the leisure area directly. The garden and the swimming pool were designed as shared spaces, creating an integrated environment where greenery delicately connects the three residences. Each unit, however, maintains its own private gourmet area, preserving the autonomy and comfort of the residents. Villa FD embodies the perfect balance between collectiveness and privacy, architecture and landscape, presence and lightness.
