Villa SA was designed as a comprehensive leisure space for a family that values togetherness, socializing, and connecting with nature. Located in Riyadh, the project is based on the concept of a contemporary oasis, creating welcoming environments that harmonize with the region’s climate. With a strategic layout on the site, the project organizes its spaces in a fluid and functional manner, respecting the natural topography and prioritizing the interplay between indoor and outdoor areas. Spacious majlis, gourmet areas, and lounges overlooking the landscaping come together to form a harmonious whole that balances spaciousness with visual lightness. Landscaping, a central element of the project, serves as a link between the spaces, seamlessly connecting them and promoting well-being. Outdoor living areas were designed to ensure that outdoor living is continuous, inviting, and integrated into the home’s daily life. In the choice of materials, subtle elegance is revealed in the combination of wood surfaces, black marble, and creamy-toned stones, creating a palette that conveys sophistication, comfort, and timelessness.
