VILLA

Set on a privileged corner lot, this residence offers a contemporary interpretation of urban elegance and comfort. The design explores the delicate balance between privacy and visual permeability through the use of black mashrabiya — a striking element that defines the façade’s identity while subtly filtering natural light, preserving intimacy without sacrificing brightness. Upon arrival, the pool immediately stands out as a key feature. Positioned near the main entrance and seamlessly connected to the social areas, it enhances the experience of hospitality and relaxation, creating a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings with friends and family. As night falls, the architectural lighting enriches the marble textures and garden elements, casting shadows and highlights that animate the building’s surfaces. The true highlight, however, lies on the rooftop — a private retreat at the top of the house, where a fireplace brings warmth to family encounters. Here, the architectural composition invites contemplation of the surrounding landscape, transforming the rooftop into an intimate extension of leisure and well-being, revealing the sensitivity of a project that blends form, function, and experience.
