Built on a corner lot with a steep slope, Villa ED emerges from the dialogue between topography, privacy, and landscape. The highlight of the project is the water mirror pool, strategically positioned facing one of the streets. Elevated above street level, it offers both openness and seclusion. The absence of front-facing neighbors enhances the sense of freedom, framing a privileged view of the surrounding area.
