VILLA

Built on a corner lot with a steep slope, Villa ED emerges from the dialogue between topography, privacy, and landscape. The highlight of the project is the water mirror pool, strategically positioned facing one of the streets. Elevated above street level, it offers both openness and seclusion. The absence of front-facing neighbors enhances the sense of freedom, framing a privileged view of the surrounding area. The home's social area — encompassing the living room, gourmet space, and veranda — revolves around the pool, creating a generous and fluid axis of interaction that remains fully connected to the landscape. The master suite follows the same principle, opening toward the view and natural light, shaping a restful space integrated with its surroundings. The architectural composition emphasizes pure forms and a sober color palette. A linear white volume runs along the façade as the defining element, in contrast with charcoal and gray surfaces, bringing elegance and a contemporary character to the residence. The restrained palette accentuates the architectural lines and establishes a visual harmony with the natural context.
