Villa DF stands out through the refined contrast between its black marbled cladding and minimalist white elements. The dark marble brings an imposing sense of sophistication, while the white strokes delineate volumes with clarity, enhancing the geometry in a contemporary and elegant way. This chromatic duality creates a striking visual composition that gracefully stands out in the urban landscape. Lighting plays a key role in highlighting the architectural nuances. Both direct and indirect lighting strategies were carefully planned to emphasize textures, outline contours, and create nighttime scenes that bring the façade to life. Directional lighting marks entrances and decorative elements, while diffused light softens the atmosphere, enriching the welcoming character of the house. At the heart of the home lies the gourmet area — designed as a space of gathering and celebration. Located at the rear of the plot, with independent access from the back street, this annex integrates with the outdoor area to host open-air gastronomic experiences. The design ensures smooth transitions between garden, leisure, and living, fostering connection and flow across spaces.
