This residential project was conceived for a couple seeking to transform their daily routine in pursuit of lightness and a deeper connection with the surrounding landscape. Their new address: a privileged plot facing a canal in Miami — a setting that guided every design decision. The residence is composed of clean white volumes, marked by a modern language and minimalist lines. The front façade remains discreet, with few openings to ensure privacy and a sense of grandeur. In contrast, the rear façade opens entirely toward the canal through an expansive glass surface, inviting nature inside and framing the landscape from within. The double-height ceiling in the living room enhances the feeling of verticality, bringing airiness and abundant natural light into the space. The master suite, strategically positioned to overlook the canal, offers the residents a constant dialogue with the view — turning moments of rest into acts of contemplation. The materials follow a light and refined palette. White defines the overall form, while wooden details punctuate the façade, visually warming the architecture and balancing the coolness of the dominant tones.
