Villa AA

Villa AM was designed for a young couple of doctors with two young children. The residence fosters a harmonious balance between privacy, functionality, and aesthetic expression. The design makes intelligent use of the lot, creating two separate entrances: the main one, which leads to the residence, and a separate one that leads to the annex intended for the resident’s mother. This annex, featuring a kitchen, living room, and suite, ensures privacy and a welcoming atmosphere, balancing independence with family closeness. The façade of Villa AM is one of the project’s focal points: characterized by solid and void elements, clean volumes, and an intentional contrast of tones and materials, it expresses a contemporary style with industrial touches. The exposed metal framework serves as both a structural and aesthetic element, reinforcing the home’s visual identity. Internally, the layout spans two floors. Almost the entire living space is located on the ground floor, including service areas, recreational spaces, and the residents’ bedrooms. On the second floor, a music studio was designed for the resident, who finds a sensory refuge in music. A gourmet space with a fireplace and wine cellar fosters intimate gatherings among close friends.
