Villa AA is an exercise in the synthesis of bold geometries. Designed for a couple with two children, the residence was conceived as a pla ce for gathering and connection. The L - shaped layout defines the heart of the project: a fully integrated social area that opens onto the deck and pool, establishing a seamless flow between the living room, gourmet space, and outdoor area. This direct conn ection with leisure enhances the home's welcoming atmosphere, designed to be lived in with freedom and integration. In its volume, the contrast between white and black surfaces shapes a striking façade, where geometric precision is softened by sensory and natural elements. The black mashrabiya , applied to the upper volume, creates layered visual textures, while the wooden pergola brings warmth and comfort to the composition, softening the sobriety of the palette. With clean lines and generous proportions, V illa AA reflects the desire to live well with sophistication — blending contemporary aesthetics, functionality, and affection in every detail.
