Villa 3155S

Located in a residential area of Miami, Villa 3155S is a two-storey residence that translates, in its essence, the sensitive dialog with contemporaneity and the exuberant vegetation of the region.
The concept guides every decision in the project - from the choice of materials to the layout of the spaces - promoting an occupation that respects and celebrates the natural surroundings. The volumetry is marked by the presence of a continuous block on the second floor, which overhangs the back of the plot, giving it lightness and the sensation of floating. The main façade, which is more closed off and reserved, protects the internal areas with panels that control the sunlight and ensure privacy. In contrast, the rear face opens fully onto the garden and swimming pool, reducing the boundaries between inside and out. In this section, a volume houses a sauna in a covered space, designed for moments of relaxation and contemplation. Large glass doors integrate the internal environments with the garden, promoting spatial fluidity and intensifying the sensory experience with the landscape. At the back of the plot, a private gym has been set up with a direct view of the pool, incorporating well-being and functionality amidst the greenery. The materials used in Villa 3155S were carefully selected to reinforce the dialog with the natural environment. Neutral tones predominate, favoring visual integration with the vegetation and giving the residence a discreet, elegant and timeless aesthetic.
