The project for the new leisure area of this condominium in São Paulo was conceived as a contemporary living space, designed to enrich residents' routines with experiences that combine well-being and contemplation. On the first floor, the layout fluidly integrates the indoor party room with the outdoor gourmet area, promoting visual and functional connections between the environments. The main feature, however, is the double-height indoor swimming pool. Its lining has small lights that simulate a starry sky and transform the space into an enchanting refuge. On the upper floor, a gym opens onto the landscape through large windows. In addition to the main area, there are specific rooms for activities such as spinning. The deck positioned towards the view offers a moment of pause. More than an extension of the architecture, it is an invitation to contemplation. With materials that balance strength and sophistication, such as wood, glass and natural finishes, the club presents itself with a timeless language that is welcoming and in tune with its surroundings. This project not only expands the condominium's infrastructure, but redefines the relationship between residents and leisure spaces - creating environments that inspire encounters, movement and belonging.
