Located in Dubai, Villa Almansoori is a 1,400 m² residence designed around an L-shaped layout that organizes the living spaces around a generous private outdoor area dedicated to family life. This configuration places the landscape at the center of the project, creating a secluded garden that becomes the primary view from the social spaces. The architecture embraces a clean, linear composition, balancing openness, privacy, and a continuous connection with the outdoors. The residence features a clear and functional spatial organization. The ground floor accommodates the social and gathering areas, allowing direct access to the landscaped garden and encouraging everyday interaction among family members. The first floor houses the private suites, providing a greater level of privacy for the intimate spaces. The rooftop extends the living experience by incorporating a gym, a home office, and an open-air cinema terrace, creating additional spaces for leisure and relaxation. The material palette combines timber finishes, marble, and charcoal-colored slatted panels, creating subtle contrasts that define the architectural language of the residence. Landscaping accompanies the entire composition, from the entrance sequence to the back garden, softening the transition between architecture and nature while reinforcing a welcoming atmosphere.
