With imposing volumes, precise lines, and striking contrasts, this residence was designed for a family that values togetherness, privacy, and the true experience of being at home. The main façade reveals an elegant and contemporary composition, where the wooden muxarabi takes center stage—bringing texture, movement, and privacy. This delicate element contrasts with the robust charcoal-toned volumes, which define the architecture with personality and sophistication. The façade is intentionally closed to the street, preserving the residents' privacy. A side balcony connects to the master suite, creating a private retreat, while a tall, imposing door leads into the double-height living room—a space that seamlessly integrates with the gourmet area, where life unfolds. At the back of the house, the project maintains the same architectural language, yet allows light to filter through the perforations of the muxarabi, balancing aesthetics and functionality.
