Villa JG

The starting point of this project was to fulfill a very particular desire: from the living room, it would be possible to contemplate one of the client's greatest passions — his cars. To achieve this, a large glass frame was strategically positioned, creating a permanent visual connection between the social areas and the garage. On the façade, the premise was to generate a sense of amplitude and elegance. A single white element runs along the entire perimeter of the residence, like a frame that embraces and organizes the architectural volumes. This gesture visually elongates the construction and adds sophistication. The balance between the rigidity of the volumes and the pursuit of warmth appears in the details: dark wood-finished brise-soleils soften the composition, creating dynamic shadows throughout the day. Charcoal-toned volumes add depth, reinforcing the contemporary character of the proposal. Each material and volumetric choice reflects the pursuit of balance between elegance, functionality, and personality — a house where living is also about contemplating.
