About the project

About the project

Located in one of the most exclusive addresses in Doha — The Pearl — the LPS 50 residence embodies an architecture defined by sharp lines and a sculptural presence that stands out in the landscape. Upon arrival, a handover welcomes the vehicles, guiding visitors toward an imposing entrance framed by a chamfered volume. This architectural feature extends along the façade, blending seamlessly with materials that explore the sophistication of charcoal tones, rich textures, and wooden slats, creating a balance between strength and elegance. The side of the residence transforms into a refined pathway, where the use of travertine brings lightness and elegance, discreetly leading guests to the social areas. At the back, the relationship with the sea and the beach becomes the true protagonist. The living area is strategically positioned to embrace this breathtaking view, while the infinity-edge pool seamlessly merges architecture and landscape. Inside, the spaces are defined by a contemporary aesthetic, characterized by sober tones, sophisticated finishes, and a carefully curated selection of materials. The main highlight is the helical staircase floating over a reflecting pool — a sculptural element that connects all levels of the residence. The transparency and integration of the interiors constantly reinforce the connection with the outdoors, allowing the sea view to be a permanent presence in everyday life.
