The development comprises the main palace and four private villas, carefully arranged toprovide privacy while maintaining a strong sense of connection throughout the entirecomplex. The buildings are linked through a shared underground level that accommodates theproject's leisure and entertainment facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, a privatecafé, a custom burger restaurant featuring the client's own brand, a cinema, a game room,a mosque, a squash court, and additional recreational spaces. The main residence alsoincludes a master suite with a private swimming pool, a helipad, and a climate-controlled multi-sports court, expanding the residential program and creating a wide variety oflifestyle experiences within the compound.The architectural language embraces a contemporary aesthetic defined by generousspaces, refined materials, and the continuous presence of water as a unifying element.
