The origin of the Vision Building project lies in a simple yet revealing statement: “I’d really like to see the lot. I want to see the view it has of the sea.” From this desire arose the central premise that guided all design decisions—to provide residents with a privileged visual experience, whether of the sea or of the canal that cuts through the local landscape. Comprising three towers arranged according to a meticulously calculated rotation, the complex ensures that every unit enjoys a direct view of the water. The careful layout, combined with a variety of unit types ranging from 85 m² to 225 m², offers programmatic diversity without detracting from the landscape’s central role. The recreational area, strategically located on an elevated level, reinforces this connection with the surroundings by serving as an observation deck integrated into the towers, which are connected to one another by an aerial walkway. On the ground floor, the concept of an active facade—featuring stores and services—enhances the dialogue with the city and creates a dynamic and accessible urban environment. Inspired by the idea of “vision,” the project develops its own architectural language through parametric balconies that evoke the shape of the human eye. This symbolic and aesthetic choice sensitively conveys the concept that gives the development its name, creating identity and movement on the facade. Vision is more than just a name: it is a gaze directed toward the horizon.
